My signature workshop is finally making a guest appearance in my favorite city in the world. You don’t need to be spiritual, you don’t need to be extroverted, you don’t need to look or talk a certain way and you definitely don’t need to have any experiences with spaces like this to be “enough” to join us. All you need is a little curiosity and three seconds of courage to say yes to stepping into who you are on the other side.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal + pen, and an altar item. Wear breathable, comfortable clothing that supports you in feeling free, beautiful and self-expressed.

Capacity is limited and spots will fill on a first come, first serve policy. No refunds available but you may apply your ticket price to a future event or session with me with 48 hours notice. Tickets are transferable with notice.
